I would have to say I would highly recommend Tiffany Russell whenever you are in the market for buying a home. My experience was fantastic, and believe it or not stress free.  Tiffany is genuine and truly has her clients best interests at heart.  She knows her market and gets the job done while maintaining her professional character. I had finally decided to take the "plunge" and purchase my first home after realizing I was wasting my money renting and called upon Tiffany to guide me through the process.   First of all, she listened to my needs, so I was never shown anything above my limit and she helped me to stay realistic. She was even able to get the price reduced quite a bit, on my "dream" home that I had my heart set on purchasing.   From the first meeting to the handing over of the keys, (a two week process in my case), I couldn't be happier.   I had hoped to find everything on my wish list in my home, in the end Tiffany made that a reality.

When I think about how little we knew about the home buying process, I’m amazed that it happened at all. In truth, we had little to do with our success. Tiffany found the perfect place for us with little more to go on than “We’ll know it when we see it.” She guided us every step of the way with patience, poise and insight. She is a professional in every sense of the word –- she knows her market, she knows people, and is extremely talented at helping her clients find what they’re looking for, even when they don’t always know. We feel very lucky to have had her at our side.

While I have been in my new home for a year and a half, now, and am still extremely happy, I miss getting together with Tiffany and house hunting.  I always looked forward to time spent together - she was so perfect for what i didn't realize would be such an emotional process.  Tiffany is so amiable, while remaining professional; so assertive, yet cordial, with such an attentiveness to detail and follow through.  With so much experience behind her, she always asked just the right questions keeping the process realistic, yet not letting me settle for less than i needed or desired.  She has continued her high level of loyalty well after i bought my home and I refer her as often as possible.

Tiffany is about as awesome as it gets. She helped us buy our first home--which is to say that she held our hands through the process, gave us totally realistic advice, connected us to her vast network of helpful folks (who handled everything from painting and repairing our exterior, securing our financing, and checking our HVAC and plumbing), and generally soothed our various anxieties. Tiffany Russell is by far the hardest working and most patient realtor I have EVER worked with. I have owned two homes and sold my first one in Dallas. I went through two realtors and disliked both of them.

I was looking to move to Austin while still living in Dallas so I was traveling back and forth with a crazy schedule. Tiffany was my realtor. She was available for me whenever I needed her. She got back to me in a very timely manner and really cared. She provided me with some choices of homes that fit what price range, location and style I desired. Not only did I like her upon meeting her as my realtor, we became friends. We have kept in contact 4 years later. I recommended her to a friend and he loved the house she found for him. It was perfect.

In the next year I will be looking to relocate and I will be calling Tiffany.
